MarioKart 8 Deluxe still holds up, and with nintendo releasing new maps there are some classic races you get to run again.

Play with friends, gamecube works too, online can be difficult and there is no easy mode. You have to play good and find a shortcuts. Good luck!

My guess is that you have played Mario Kart at some point in your life. If you haven't then you need to. This is a game that young, old and anyone in between can enjoy. It's simple to pick up and play, but still one that takes time to master. Definitely fun to play with friends.

My daughter has been playing Mario kart for years she really likes this version.

This was a purchase for my son. He loves the racetracks and the graphics. You don't have to worry about anything that's vulgar or inappropriate for a young child. Nintendo is the best when it comes to young children.

Mario Kart on the Switch is the best one yet because it combines all the best parts of the TV/Console versions (great graphics, controllers, steering wheel, pro controller) and the mobile versions (being able to take it with you) and is incredibly versatile with awesome graphics.

Fun for all! Got one for each switch. Rather have the cartridge then use up system memory.

Great multi-player game and the best Mario kart to date. Upgrade over the WiiU version since it has all the dlc built right in. Assist mode allows for auto steering and acceleration which means little kids can enjoy it to instead of sitting against a wall going nowhere (I'm looking at you Cars 3). Single player gets boring pretty quick. All characters but gold Mario are unlocked from the start so you only unlock carts, wheels, and gliders. If you don't play with friends or have kids, it'll get boring pretty quick and I would say it's not worth the purchase. If you do, it's a must-own!!

I bought this so that I could have a game to play with my Nieces and Nephews on our trip. WE had one rainy day and did a tournament. everyone picked it up pretty quickly and had a lot of fun. Like most Nintendo games, it looks very polished, which is great since it is 3 years old.

So fun! I love that this game includes maps from previous versions of Mario Kart! I haven't had a gaming system since the nintendo game cube so the nostalgia was real when seeing the old yoshi land maps and such from N64.

What can I say? It's Mariokart and it speaks for itself. This game has stood the test of time.

My granddaughter loves this game sometimes it's very hard to tear away from it when it's time to go to bed

Mario Kart is never a disappointment. This version is just as fun as always. it's a great local multiplayer game. However, online gaming is not very good on the switch, too many disconnects. I definitely still recommend this game for single player and local multiplayer gameplay.

This is a game I keep regularly coming back to on my Switch, nearly 4 years after release. It's accessible to everyone, welcoming players of all skills, and that makes it a blast to play together. So much fun!
