Great game, always fun by myself or racing vs others. I intend to get the track pack as it seems like a great value for the number of tracks you get. Turn off the cheating auto-steering, though. It's more fun and challenging.

Been playing Mario Kart since it came out for Super Nintendo. The Switch version is awesome and the graphics are beautiful. Bestbuy had this game for the best price compared to other local stores. Was able to stack my rewards and had it shipped. The packaging could have been better because my game case came cracked due to poor packaging and shipping.

Allows you to race on older tracks and battle arenas. The new characters add more options.

Was a bit upset that I had to buy this game again since I already have it for the Wii U. This is also the reason I held off on buying it. But, since we have multiple Switches at home, I had to purchase this copy. It’s still a fantastic game and the few new additions are good. The kids love this game and multiplayer is probably the best feature. This is a must have game.

Very fun game. I love the way that there are different ways to play for example there are the normal races the balloon competition with teams. Overall it is an amazing game.

Fun game for friends, family and self. The DLC pack is nice additon even at an additinal cost brings different courses. Love the double items, and online play! If you like mario kart this is as good as it gets until they maybe, or eventually release a new one.

Excellent graphics, so much fun, specially online with friends!

I own the original along with the new deluxe version and it's up there in my favorite Mario Karts. This one has faster load times, some nice little polish added, 60fps 1080p gameplay with 1-2 players, an additional item slot, all the DLC from the original plus a couple new things and a great revamped battle mode! If you never had the chance to play or own the Wii U version and you like any previous Mario Karts I highly recommend this one!

Way more fun than any other version I've played. Lots of courses, characters and bike parts!

I owned Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U and it was one of my favorite games. I was hesitant to purchase the Switch version. I decided to give it a shot and it was worth it. Yes, it's the same Wii U game, but the controls and graphics are so much smoother. The new BATTLE MODE makes this game perfect. With new levels and different modes it makes the purchase worth it. Online play is much improved as well. This is the ultimate version of MK8.

Fun game for the family! Lots of different tracks and character options

In continuing with a classic game Nintendo has offered on a number of consoles, this is one that won't disappoint. There are many characters to play and many tracks to drive on, making this a title that won't get old for players young and old. You are able to play with up to 4 players at a time, so this would be a great game to fire up with friends and family for a little friendly competition!

Played Mario Kart for DS, Wii, and 3DS before getting this one. Never thought twice about buying this one, definitely a must have. Incredible graphics and just a lot of fun. If you are an experienced player, playing against the computer in the Grand Prix’s (even 200cc) seems too easy, and I’d highly recommend getting Nintendo Switch Online for more competitiveness and overall fun.

I got this game to play with my 5 year old son. He really enjoys being able to play games with dad and I love being able to extend my enjoyment for games to him. Having all of the tracks together from across the different platforms is a lot of fun. My son is really enjoying the game as it helps him to go forward and keep him on the track.
