First game I got for the Switch and I was not disapointed. This game combines all the great tracks and charachters from previous Mario Karts. This is a must have game for the Nintendo Switch.

The game is amazing. If you enjoyed any previous Mario Kart you will love this game. There are a lot of characters, tracks, and vehicles. It's also a great game for local multiplayer.

This game has everything you could possibly want from a Mario kart game. Lots of characters and tracks to race on! Fun with friends and family. Looks great when the switch is docked on the TV!

I've played MarioKart in the past, and all that experience translated right over. I did 150CC right away and got 1st on 3/4 courses then 2nd, and it was the first time doing those courses... so a little too easy. Turning off the guard rails makes it slightly more difficult. Although fun, it's not something I play long term like many other games. Depends what you are into I suppose, but for me it felt like it should cost a lot less for the value I got out of it. Meanwhile the Mario Rabbit Kingdom game I put many many hours into and it was half price.

Great game. Mario kart never fails! We have been playing this game so much and it's always a blast.

Even my 5 year old daughter was able to join in the fun and actually win. Really like how all tracks and characters are unlocked by default and 4 player with just 2 sets of joycons.

I really like how they incorporate all the old characters and tracks. Pretty expansive game and fun for family time or settling arguments.

There are lots of characters and tracks in this game. As you collect coins you unlock different tires and carts. The online play is smooth and is a must try part of the game. Very challenging to play others online. The only thing I don’t like about the game is the fact that you don’t unlock characters and tracks. They are readily available from the start of the game. Overall a must buy for any switch owner!

kids enjoyed it very much. Wonderful themes and nice graphic with lots of characters to choose from and the tracksare really fun. really nice upgrade from previous versions.

I hadn't played Mario kart since the Nintendo 64 days, so I was blown away by how good this game looks and how well it plays. The idea that you could play it with one JoyCon via motion controls gave me pause; once I tried it, I saw how lag-free the controls were and kept remarking on how responsive the steering was. The fact that I could play this with four individual JoyCons instead of four complete controllers is a huge, huge benefit. This game is easy to get into and fun to play in a group; the portability of the Switch allows me to bring it anywhere. It's a great game for parties!

Very fun racing game. Fun for the whole family highly recommended

This game was purchased as a gift. While I do not have any experience with the Switch version of this title, I have extensive experience behind the wheel of Mario Kart 8 for the Wii U (on which this is based). Mario Kart 8 was able to reiterate on the series in a way with which to move it forward while still remaining true to its roots as a fun, easy for everyone, racing game. This Deluxe version includes everything from the Wii U version, plus more. The ability to take Mario Kart mobile and share it with friends easily make this a no-brainer recommendation. If you own a Nintendo Switch, this is a must have title.

Want fast paced action with friends, online, or by yourself? One of the best games on the Wii U is now one of the best games on the Switch... and even better than its original version. The battle arenas are actually arenas (unlike the first version of the game), and were a much needed upgrade. They give you a ton of stuff unlocked as soon as you start, and there's still more to unlock while you collect coins racing. The tracks, featuring a number from previous versions of Mario Kart remade, are all very well designed. The only con to the game is the rubberband effect, which is, as always, worse as the difficulty increases.
