The best MarioKart game ver made. Very fun for kids and no so kids. It is the perfect game to play with the entire family. Graphics are not much better than the game for WiiU, but it is not important. It includes a lot of tracks and with the different powers you get every race is different.

Overall a great product, great graphics cute characters fun to play. We love this game it is a great addition to the many versions of Mario Kart! Only issue I have is Best Buys shipping for some items. This one required a signature but not my expensive laptop or my switch.

If you've ever played the Mario Kart for Wii U, then you know it's more or less the same thing with all the DLC. If you haven't, well, it's improved over the years from generation to generation. This is a game that you could easily pick up and play with anyone at anytime. And now on the Switch, it's even more portable than ever before so you can bring it anywhere!

We bought a Wii U with Mario kart 8 installed a few years back and while I enjoyed it, the kids were a little young to grasp the controls. That’s no longer a problem and the addition of the battle mode specific stadiums really makes this a family favorite. The updated visuals powered by the Switch don’t hurt either. Finally, an HD Mario kart experience.

This was first on the Wii U but has been upgraded to the Switch with better graphics and gameplay features. This version is a lot better than the Wii U one and is now the best Mario Kart ever made. If you want the new features on the Switch and being able to take it anywhere then buy it. If you never had the Wii U version you should buy this right away!

Easy and effortless game night! We haven't been much of gamers since we were kids, and myself being more of a gamer than my husband! But this is a modern classic (oxymoron?)! Whether playing by yourself, or with another person or even 4 people, this is guaranteed a fun time!

The best Mario Kart delivers a riveting experience on the go. One of the great things about the Nintendo Switch is that you can take games with you on the go. Nothing, absolutely nothing has been lost in transition to the Switch with Mario Kart. It looks and run great, it includes all of the dlc from the season pass released for Wii U. The best racer on Switch.

Great game for the whole family. The driving assistance features allow my 4 year old son to enjoy the game without getting frustrated. Lots of interesting tracks, drivers, karts and their customization options to keep things fresh for a long time. One of our favorite games on the Switch!

This builds upon the already outstanding Wii U version and is hands down, the BEST Mario Kart came thus far. The graphics are insanely polished, the tracks are varied/interesting/and memorable, the soundtrack rocks... it's fun to unlock Kart pieces and go through the various game modes. One of the best Switch games out there, great for all ages!!

I have been playing Mario kart since back in the SNES days and have always enjoyed them. The n64 game has been my favorite for years! Nintendo finally did it, they came out with the best mario kart game to date. When you out mario kart together with the portability of the switch how can you go wrong! Get this game, you wont be disappointed!

Mario Kart 8 deluxe has so many great features included on it, including help for beginners (like my wife who I play it with), as well as the ability to make it harder for the more experienced players (like myself). Beautiful graphics and i love being able to take it anywhere. There are also more characters than ever. The battle mode is also awesome in this game.

I lost my first copy so I had to buy it again. Should have gone digital. Mario Kart is so easy to pick up it makes for a great game to toss up during parties. And the improvements they made for the less dexterous (i.e. non-gamers of your friends and family) means even they too can join in on the phone. Great to play AND spectate.

I haven't ha a new system from any manufacturer and I chose this one for it's portability and multiplayer functions. I love this game! It is a blast to play. I love the interactions and finding the hidden eggs that make the game exciting. I give it two thumbs up! Get this game. It's great for the whole family.

While it's fun if you're playing by yourself, nothing beats the group dynamics of playing with friends or family! It's a classic Mario game that will never get old, and I'm so happy I have it in my house! It's kind of frustrating that it's so expensive but such is the song with Nintendo games.

The kids will often argue about what game to play next, but Mario Kart Deluxe 8 is almost always the perfect compromise. Both kids (6 and 9) can play it easily and have fun. They enjoy racing outright, but the assorted coop battle modes gets a lot of attention. It's fun that the whole family can play as well.

Great racing game, especially with a group! I have always been a huge fan of Mario Kart and this is a great time. I do have the original version of this game on the Wii U and this version is not only great on the go, but also somehow feels a little bit better! If your on the fence, take the jump. This should be a day one pick with your switch!
