We saw this game in store which is why we actually went ahead and purchased the switch. It retains all the good things about the original Mario Kart games but with a new level of graphics, tracks and gameplay. Plus is works great on the 4K TV we have.

It is a good game to play, but would recommend to either get the wheel adapter or classic remotes. The normal nintendo switch remotes are small and feel like you would snap them by playing this game. But all in all the game is fun to play with friends.

This game is very entertaining. The 150 and 200 races are difficult.

MK8 was a fantastic game on Wii U, and is even better on Nintendo Switch. Subtle gameplay tweaks, higher resolution, a brand new battle mode, 48 tracks from the start, and seemless online play give an ideal game to play with friends. Music is also superb.

Who reads a review for Mario Kart? It's THE kart racer, the gold standard. It's fun solo but even more fun with a group of friends. Race your way through a number of tracks with a bunch kart customization and watch out for that blue shell!

I’m glad this Mario Kart included all the downloadable content from Wii U and has the most tracks in a Mario Kart game yet. This is a fun game to play with family and friends. I highly recommend it if you have a Switch.

The last time I played a Mario kart Game was on a Nintendo DS and I don't have anything but good memories about that game. Amazing surprise to find out that the latest game in the series is as good and fun as I remember! Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a great game!

Really nice game! My wife and my son are crazy with this game, is a lot of fun. I am glad that I bought it a little expensive but, well, when I see them playing and really excited is priceless

My son loves the Nintendo Switch. He's 6 years old and able to play different games with no problem. Incredible graphics. Easy to use. Love that it can be played on the TV or as a handheld tablet! Would definitely recommend.

Mario Kart games have always had nostalgic value, but the simple track designs and Nintendo's strategy of staying one generation behind with hardware has kept me from being a Mario kart fan-boy. But the Switch edition with HD graphics looks great (especially on my 4k tv). It also includes all the dlc tracks from the wii-u edition, so it'll be some time before you get bored with them all. The designs are also way more interesting and intricate than previous games; they're both fun to play and look at. My favorite features of this game is the "auto accellerate" and steering assist. My 2 year old, who loves the game but doesn't quite comprehend accelerating and braking...or steering, can still enjoy the game and feel like he's a master racer. (He often comes in 7th.) It's a great game for friends and family, both accessible and challenging enough not be boring.

My family and I have had a ton of fun racing each other. There is a load of different tracks to play on so it takes a while to play one twice, if you wish. Good, wholesome family entertainment.

Everyone in the family loves mario kart! With covid, we all get online together at our own homes, and spend time playing together. Great graphics, awesome new tracks, and great fixes to old tracks!

This game is great for experienced racers and also novice gamers. It has driving assists for people who may not be great on the sticks but also higher level gameplay for the race heads. Overall it’s a must buy for nintendo switch owners

This is the same Mario Kart from Wii U but honestly; they didn’t need to change a thing. Best game ever for entertaining folks, lots of fun for a family. No brainer game if you buy a switch!

It's what to be expected from a port from an earlier console version. This is just about the same as the Wii U Version with the exception of better visuals (which is debatable), a fixed battle mode which is way more fun this time, all the maps as before.

Great game highly recommend to anyone who's looking to spend hours on having fun mixed with frustration (but in the good way)

A must have game for anyone who has friends or family. Game is not only enjoyable but so easy to learn that it makes any night a nice family night. This game is so good it convinced my parents to get another switch.
