Its Mario Kart at its always timeless. Even if you picked up on the WiiU I would recommend getting it. Playing Mario Kart on the plane is a blast! Game is as good as ever.

Got it for the family and so glad I did! Loads of fun for hours at a time, whether it’s solo or with family of four.

Bought for my son, but its crazy fun for adults too! The colors and graphics are just right. We look forward to hours of fun!

With Family, Friends, or just by yourself... this game is fun and entertaining... the original Mario Kart was super fun, this is as well, with more tracks and drivers.

I had fun messing around in the game with my friend playing two player with my friends and family. We all had fun even if we lost. It was easy to play with the sticks.

I enjoyed Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U and so when an HD upgrade came for the Switch, I knew I would enjoy the new additions as well as the 1080p upgraded graphics of the game.

It was a gift for my grandson who turned 5 yr old this was the only request he had for a gift. He enjoys it and plays it quite a bit.

This is a fun game. Both for a person who has people to play local multiplayer, and those that don't. Single player content is light, but online multiplayer is really fun. I would not really recommend it for those who purchased the original on Wii U, as very little was added that warrants the price tag. However if you are like me and haven't played a MK game in a while (since original Wii) it sure is worth it.

Everything that you liked about Mario kart 8 and then some. I like that Nintendo has added back holding two items. I've noticed that local multiplayer is a lot more detailed. On the Wii U local multi player looked like it ran with less visual effects and looked very grainy. They have all of the expanded content from the Wii U edition plus new racers and new battle modes. Not sure if this is a gripe or not but I have two small children and I have noticed that if in the middle of a race one of them sets their control down, then their character continues to drive on autopilot.... All in all I am very pleased with this version

Absolute blast, also My 6yo and 3 year old actually get along when this is on so thats cool

The multiplayer in this game is very fun and addicting at times. There are a huge variety of tracks, carts and characters to choose from

I enjoy the switch because you can just plug the game in and go. There are a ton of different tracks and games modes to keep the family entertained.

My friends and I are hooked on this game! It brings back so many joyful memories of the n64! It has updated versions of some Mario Kart 64 tracks, GameCube and others. There is also different settings to make it like the classic 64 or if you have kids you can turn on the assist so they dont crash into walls or fall off the cliff. So it’s kid friendly and adult friendly lol. Oh! and you can adjust all of this accordingly to the person who is playing! Meaning if 4 people are playing they can each simply push pause and adjust to their liking. I hope they come out with more of these n64 games! I’m excited! Lol

Great graphics and lots of different tracks and go karts

This game is SO MUCH FUN! The graphics are amazing and I could play it for hours. Great for all ages!

Always loved playing Mario Kart and other Mario Bros games as a kid. Great connection and graphics.

My 5yo grandson loves this game! He is able to navigate through the courses and the different speeds are a challenge for him. This is the first game he has played on his Switch console. So glad it was referred to me as a good starter game that he will go back to forever!

Another classic game from nintendo featuring its classic characters. Contains new tracks that were not on the original wii u version. Easy to pick up and play.

Pros: Plenty of remastered maps Beautiful and Colorful Graphics Nostalgiac Feels Plenty of Custom Vehicles Cons: The controls for driving are kinda annoying

A very fun game, great for multi playing, and the courses are amazing, and fun vehicles to choose from as well that adds to the fun, and a fun roster of characters!
