This version of Mario Kart 8 is perfect for the Switch. The control scheme allows for 2 players to use one set of Joy Cons. All DLC from the original is included, and all characters are already unlocked. Pick it up if you haven't played it on the Wii U.

Love this game it kind of reminds me of the old Nintendo 64 games. Definitely fun and keeps the kids busy.

The Mario Kart games have been the gold standard for couch co-op games for a long time, and this game continues that tradition. It’s incredibly fun, and it’s something folks from all generations love to play when we have a family get together. Highly recommend!

This game is amazing. It comes setup automatically for kids mode which allows kids to go without going off road or hitting the gas. I am an adult and I enjoy playing it online and with friends.

If you’ve just bought a Nintendo switch or need a good game that can be played hours on end during parties or casually at a friend’s house, get this game. There are so many unlockables and game modes you won’t be able to put this down.

This is my favorite game on the Switch. It has a great collection of tracks from previous iterations and plays really well. Must own if you have a Switch.

This is the Best Mario Kart Game ever made. The online play is amazing, and the game is just a blast to play by yourself or with family & friends. One of the coolest features is that you can play people from all over the world online for FREE. Yes, Free.

Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U was fantastic and I didn't think it could get any better... Nintendo proved the world wrong. The revamped battle mode is enough to buy this again. Period. Anyone with a Switch would be passing up a great game by not buying this.

I am always a huge Mario Kart fan. This version is a fantastic update to the Wii U version. Much better gameplay on the Switch. The additional new features are nice as well. Much appreciated Nintendo. Now let's get some of those other games out as well!!

This is Mario Kart 8 but the subtle changes to balance and the addition of the Battle mode makes this game feels fresh. The addition of the HD Crown when you win an Online Match gives you an incentive to win every online match. Great Fun and Great Agony!

Really cool game. Brought me back to when I played in the N64. Really wished it would let you do 4 players or more wirelessly. Meaning if 4 people at my home want to play my friend and his 3 friends in another home. It only lets you do two players. Same thing with playing online, there is no reason we couldn’t split the screen 4 ways for online play. Fix those and you get 5 stars

Next to Zelda, this is the best game this year, so many levels, so many choices, so much better than the old Mario Cart 8...! You have to try it to really enjoy it, and if your lucky enough to have a Switch set, then you know already, this is Awesome...!

What else can I say other than this is a classic must have game. It's fun by yourself or with a group of friends! Crack a few beers (or juices if you aren't 21+) and have a good time.

I was a bit skeptical of how well this would look on a large screen, but it looks great. The game is fun with other players, obviously, but even more fun playing with family on the couch.

Love it! As a kid I loved Mario Kart and loved playing it at arcades and now I can play it with my kids at home. We all play and play with steering wheel accessory for better gaming experience.

Mario kart never disappoints. I ordered it online and was ready for pickup on the same day.
