I play this game all the time with my family, they love it more then I do lol.

Its basically exactly like the WiiU version except looks nicer and includes the characters and tracks that you had to buy for the WiiU version. I think the price is a little steep especially considering its almost exactly the same as the WiiU version, but its Mario Cart so its obviously fun especially with friends.

Had this for the Wii U and bought for the switch. Very fun, but the exact same as the Wii U version.

So I'm one of the, like, ten people who have a Wii U and I definitely already owned this game, including the DLC. I repurchased it because nobody else I knew had a Wii U and I wanted to, you know, play with friends and stuff. The online community is already bigger on the Switch, the graphical upgrade is instantly noticeable, and the ability to use Joycons means my three year old can play comfortably. Even if you already have a copy for the Wii U, just take the plunge.

We play this every week it's a lot of fun it's especially fun when you play it with friends at a party as long as you have the extra joy-cons, graphics are great for a Nintendo game I'm a little biased because I'm a PlayStation man myself but at times I do have a lot of fun on this system especially playing this game you just can't go wrong with Mario kart

I originally purchased this because my son was interested in the Switch thinking of all of the first games to play, I figured he would enjoy it. I, on the other hand, had minimal Nintendo Hi-Def graphics expectations....I was WRONG!!!! This game, as well as many others on this new Nintendo Switch platform, perform seamlessly, and look awesome!!! This is definitely not like any other of the Nintendo platforms...Well worth the purchase, along with I'm sure many more to follow!

This is definitely an amazing multiplayer game. Easy to play, to set-up, and accommodates any style player.

Great game super fun to play especially on the Nintendo switch. Me and my girlfriend have played this game numerous times since we purchased it and it never gets old. There are okey of cups to play and a fun battle mode where you can face of against other player trying to pop their balloons. This game mode is very fun. I give this game a solid 10/10.

The game is a blast! Threw me right back to middle school playing on the N64! Kids loved it too! We love playing together especially hooking the switch up to the TV and getting some split screen going!

I grew up playing Mario kart and the fact that I get to play it again is something I’ve never thought I’d ever get to experience again I’m glad I bought this game

This game brings back my childhood playing it on the Wii. I’m so happy that I for it for my switch! It’s such a good family game for almost every age.

Purchased the game for the Switch as a gift for my little ones. This version has added characters, additional worlds/tracks, and more modifications than previous versions. Mario type games are always kid friendly so no worries there. I’ve found that Nintendo is adding additional digital content available as an expansion pack on the eShop. I love this option. It extends the overall life of the game for my little ones. Overall, this was a great purchase.

The perfect first game for new Switch owners as single or multi-player allows for flexibility. Gameplay follows the nostalgic structure of the original Mario Kart. The endless combinations of characters & vehicles create a more innovative experience. The AI has definitely become more challenging as you progress into the higher speeds but can make the races feel redundant as patterns of attack develop.
