    Having played various versions of Mario Kart since its inception, this was a 'must purchase' on the new platform. Our 8 year old is now addicted and it has become a 4-player family game on a regular basis. The replay-ability is high as there are ways to 'level up' both equipment and competition and will surely result in hundreds of hours for completionists.

Everything is unlocked in this Nintendo Switch version, so you can jump into all the offerings right from the start! Local one player, multiplayer, and online multiplayer are available!     Mario Kart was a family favorite on the Wii, so we had to have the latest version for the Switch. I found it a little harder to control than the Wii version (chalk that up to those tiny little Switch controllers I guess), but we had a blast racing each other through the holidays.

    Such a good game to play with your family and friends. The game allows up to four players, and more if playing online instead of locally. The game has multiple maps and types of races. It also has arcade mode if you're getting bored of just racing. I bought this game for my child and he was so excited to play with the other kids.
