My granddaughter is enjoying her game for the switch.

Awesome! Love to play this, so much is new, fun to learn.

Family loves to play this game. Love the fact that there is auto acceleration and smart steering which is helpful for my three year old who is just starting out. These two features let's him enjoy playing the game. We also use the joy con wheel and he acts like he is driving with no buttons to press my son has allot of fun. I love these features. Great family game.

With addictive gameplay, diverse array of characters and vehicle customization, as well as a full catalog of courses from all iterations of MK, this is a must own for any fan of the series and any Switch owner looking for more than "just Zelda". Only downside is there's limited online functionality which is a Nintendo issue and not reflective of the game itself.

Many characters and races to choose from, looks good on tablet and tv.

It's an easy, fun, enjoyable family time game that anyone can play.

Now I didn't really look hard for the directions other than the button layout so if there is than disregard this and it pretend it's 5 stars. Alright knowing all the tricks like drifting and slipstream when behind others would liked to known how to properly do that.

If you're an old school Mario Kart fan it doesn't get much better than this. Updated gameplay with plenty of nods to the classics. And the graphics are incredibly amazing.

Mario games never dissapoint me. This new Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for Switch is somehow harder and have more competitive COMs than the previous series for DS or 3DS. However, this game is perfect if you want to play with multiple people/friends, and you can even go online to compete with other players.

Its Mario Kart! Its the same we all know and is a must have in any collection. I've never heard someone who didn't like / enjoy Mario kart. Fun for everyone! Is it the best Mario Kart? Not really, I personally liked Mario Kart Double Dash alot better, but it has a tons of tracks in this one and is worth the price!

Dynamic courses with very colorful graphics! A lot of characters to chose from with customizable vehicles (wheels, car, glider, etc.) The multiplayer as always, is the best part of a Mario Kart game, and this time it is not the exception. Fully recommend it!

Yes, this is a port from the WiiU version but it has some nice upgrades, additional tracks from DLCs are included and ability to hold 2 items is a nice feature too. This is one of the few games I have 2 versions (Wii-U and Switch). Nintendo has been a bit slow on the amount of new games being available, so this should help get you to when Splatoon comes to Switch.

This is it. Nintendo made their best Mario Kart game. 8 Deluxe has almost everything you ever wanted from Super, 64, Double Dash, DS, 7, and 8 combined (2-slots for items, tier-3 turbo, battle mode, customizations, etc.). The only problem I've come across are online network connections, but anything online seems to be an ongoing issue with Nintendo since the Wii.

Tried the game out for the first time with a friend and got hooked. I purchased a copy for myself and raced in local lobbies. Online play is highly competitive, but much more rewarding when you get first place compared to single player races.

this is perfect game for the family to have a friendly competition. don't forget to race the grand prix at any level to unlock all the tracks.

kids love the game been lookin for it to go on sale so glad it did we got it as soon as we could still wait on some other games to go on sale controllers to. on fix income grandmas got to do the best she can. to fit my budget. thanks for the sale

Fun to play with friends and family! It's so much helpful to play this on a large screen like a TV as it is difficult to see it on the normal switch screen. The game chip reads perfectly fine and the case was not damaged when I had picked it up.
