Very funny game! My kids are enjoying this game since the very first day!

This game is very addictive! Not only is it very fun to play, but the graphics are also amazing. The best part is that our whole family can play and the online feature is awesome. It lets the kids play with their friends despite social distancing.

I bought this for the Wii U and now switch. It's pretty much the same game just now it's portable to play with anyone on the go. Also it has characters and dlc levels unlocked from the get go. However vehicle customization isn't unlocked, good thing in my opinion for another goal in the game.

This game is a great game to play with the kids. Easy to pickup the dynamics of it and both racing and battle are addicting. 5 stars for both customers service in finding it for me and fir gameplay!

Original game for gift or for you, very fun recommended

I was initially wasn't too enthused about the vanilla version of Mario Kart 8 on WiiU, but returning back to it with this version, I have to say it's a vast improvement. With the DLC of the prior game, plus the Switch's portability, and the new battle mode: this is a must-have game for the Switch.

Absolutely great game. Can easily put many hours into its single player and on top of that it offers a great multiplayer mode. Definitely not the first choice switch game if you can only buy one but you won’t be disappointed

If you're a fan of the any of the Mario Kart series, you won't be disappointed. Plenty of characters and cars to choose from and plenty more to be unlocked. My kids love playing this game.

This is a great game for all ages. We had 3 generations playing over Christmas, and everyone enjoyed. The default option to keep you on the track automatically is really nice as you are learning. The various tracks bring variety and nastalgia. Awesome graphics. You should play this game.

I was kind of skeptical about this game - mainly because it had a lot of hype, and I usually to follow the hype or fads with video games, but my fiancé were in one of those moods to play games and this is one of two that we purchased. Super fun and it's just a relaxed, family bonding time game!

For anyone with a Switch, this is a must buy. Being able to easily drop into a wireless lobby within anyone in range, leads to some great and random race situations. Great for entertaining the kids too as I can quickly join in with my son and niece on their Switches to keep the kids entertained.

Super fun game to play with family and friends! I would highly suggest buying the pro controllers to play because the ergonomic design leaves less tension in your hands after long rounds of racing. Have fun!

Love Mario Kart since the SNES version and this one is much better than all the rest. Controls and everything feel like a N64 style Mario Kart with better graphics and smoother gameplay. If you like Mario kart it’s a must have.

We bought the Switch for our 5 Year Old. We bought the Fortnite package because we couldn’t find any other options even though she won’t be playing that game. She wanted Mariokart and totally loves it. We’ve been playing with her

The graphics look beautiful in 1080p HD. The new racing tracks are really creative. There are some returning retro tracks that have been completely revamped for Mario Kart 8, such as Moo Moo Meadows (Wii), Yoshi's Circuit (GameCube), and Music Park (3DS).

Love this game, one of the must haves for the Nintendo Switch! Fun to play solo, and great to play with friends! Only minor issue is that everything is already unlocked, so it takes away some of the challenge.

I first played Mario Kart when it came out on the Super Nintendo. This is the first time I have played Mario Kart since then and it is night and day compared to the original. I got a Switch just to play this game and I am not disappointed.
