This is a port of mario kart 8 from the wii u. They did include the two dlc packs that you have to purchase if you are playing on the wii u. They also added a few new characters from splatoon. If you like mario kart and have a switch... you should have this game.

This game was a game I owned on the Wii U and I was hesitant on repurchasing it for the Switch but bucked and bought. Wow! Just wow! This game is better than the original version! It has all the DLC and new battle modes! Invite some friends over and have a party!

I mean, its Mario Cart. The maps are so beautiful. A perfect continuation of the Mario Cart games

Mario Kart is a great game, can't go wrong with it. I got it on discount, under 40 dollars during the black friday sale, and Nintendo games never go on sale for a significant amount.

Nintendo knocks it out of the park again with this one. Though it is a deluxe port of the Wii U game, there is enough changes and upgrades on this version to warrant the full price purchase. Fun can be had for countless hours playing this game.

I haven't played any Nintendo games for years. So I decided to purchase a Switch and this game for family fun night. The game is a fun as the older versions.

Fun game to play with a couple people or the whole family. Graphics are good. I like the way that the switch controllers work for it. I have not tried the switch wheel yet but will probably get those as well. Pretty much just like all the other Mario Kart games.

If you are a fan of MarioKart then you will like this game. It has 48 different racing maps, several characters to use, different types of battle modes and different ways to use the controller. Always fun to go against friends or against the computer.

Another great version of Mario kart. From my understanding it is the same as the Wii U version but I never had a Wii U so this is brand new to me. You know what you get with Mario Kart and this is more of the same. A must have for any Switch owner.

This title is an excellent addition to the Switch library! My wife and I play versus, and the various game type options leave you with so many different ways to play the game. At $33 with the Gamer's Club program, this is a no brainer add to any gamer's collection!

Great race courses and graphics. This is a great game for parties or family game nights.

As a stand alone game, great Mario Kart Game! If own Wii U version, however, not enough difference to purchase unless needed for switch portable functionality.

This game is SO much fun! I got the little steering wheels additions separately, and were all totally addicted! This is a great game for one person, or a group. Im sure that kids absolutely love it!

GREAT Game for our daughter's Nintendo Switch. Mario Cart is a game everyone can play and greatly enjoy :-) Only complaint is that no one in our family can win when playing against our daughter! Highly recommended!

I've always loved Nintendo and Mario kart and this one brings a nice remaster to more classic tracks. The perfect game for anyone and everyone!

We have the Playstation 3 and xbox one but my kids are too young to really have fun with those, so we got the switch. Now even the 3 year old gets to compete and have fun! This game allows everyone to play at the same time so no fighting over the controls.
