I've owned every Mario Kart game released. While I do have it on Wii U, I decided to also buy the "deluxe" version for the Switch. I'm not disappointed a bit. Take pretty much everything that is great with Mario Kart 8 and make it better and you get this game.

I love racing games, and Mario Kart is definitely up there on my list of top games. What other game can send you from 1st to last and vice versa in the same race? Joking aside, this game is very well optimized for the Switch and is countless hours of fun.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a Mario Kart game and of course fantastic as usual. With a fully upgraded Battle Mode and all the portability that comes with Nintendo Switch, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is undoubtedly the definitive version of the game -- maybe even the series.

All of my Grandkids love MARIO games, but this one is their favorite because they all can race each other especially with the MARIO Kart steering wheel (a separate purchase). My 21 year old Grandson still plays Mario Kart with his Cousins!

This game is 5 stars & unlimited hours of fun for all ages! So many different ways to play & can even play online vs. Family & friends for free! Works very well! This is a better version then the game from my childhood! Everyone loves this MarioKart Classic!

After getting a Nintendo Switch for Christmas I wanted to get a game to get started. Mario Kart 8 was a great choice as it has different difficulty levels for beginners and is very fun to play when we have visitors. Definitely recommend!

MarioKart is the best kind of racing game! It is more than just a race, with all the specials you can use. There is a great variety of vehicles, drivers, and tracks. Anyone who likes racing games will love this game.

Great game, comes with all the dlc. If you didnt own a WiiU or didnt get to play this when it originally came it I suggest you pick it up! Well worth the money, I own it for WiiU and purchased again for switch because of the portability!

Bought this for my kids and they love it. I love hearing them giggle when they are racing each other. I like to purchase games that the whole family can enjoy, and this definitely fits the bill.

Mario Kart 8 was already a stellar title and this port (with upgrades and additional content) makes it even better. Even if you had unlocked everything in the WiiU version it's worth it to do again on the Switch. The portability factor makes it even sweeter.
