    Mario Kart is always worth the purchase, but this game is easily one of my favorites in the series. The deluxe version includes all the DLC, so you get an excellent variety of characters, tracks, and vehicle options. For longtime fans of the series, I'd personally say this one is as good if not better than Double Dash, and also somehow gives me a similar sense of nostalgia as when I go back to playing Mario Kart 64. Buy it because you know you won't be disappointed.
