    I purchased this item and OnTrack the delivery service used dropped it off at the wrong house I never located the items and Best Buy refused to refund me or replace the item. This purchase by far has been the worst experience with Best Buy and customer service reps over the phone I would suggest to buy your console in stores and NOT Online! All they could tell me was contact law enforcement for help. Worst experience ever I would hate for anyone that went thru the headaches I’m currently going.
