Love this game. Graphics are amazing and the tracks are fun. Great time for groups of people.

I have the Wii U version of this game to include the extra downloaded tracks that I bought. This version of the game is the best, hands down. The ability to split the switch controllers to mini coupled with the auto go and assisted driving options allow my 4 year old to be an asset on the field and participate when his 6 and 8 year old sisters play. It is so cute hearing them team play and help each other out in the team battles. Their favorite has been the renegade run. All in all, this has been worth its price within the first week. I just wish the Wii U could have been this good initially. Would definitely recommend this for switch. Great FAMILY fun!!!

It's Mario kart, what is there more or say? You can play online against others and do local co-op with your friends! Great fun game, one of the best Mario karts

This is a great party game. love playing with friends and family. beings me back to the n64 version

This is easily the best version of Mario Kart that you can get. It's a great showcase for the Switch as well. The portability of the system, combined with split-screen play is excellent.

If you have the wii-u version this is pretty much all the DLC plus a few extra characters. Right now the online is VERY unstable. It is hard to connect to a friend and unlike the wiiu version (where if a room is full you can watch until a spot opens up) if the room is full you can't join (which makes racing with friends in non private rooms a pain in the butt). They did fix battle mode though which moves this from a 3 to a four star.

I love the game. Fun to play with others especially when trying new things.

This game has been reviewed to death, so I'll just say that unlike many Nintendo games, this one has a pretty flawless online execution. You can play 1-2 people per Switch and play online with no drawbacks (unlike Smash). Lag isn't an issue in my experience, even over wireless (unlike Smash). Disconnections are few and far between (unlike Smash). You can actually join your friends AND play with them (unlike Splatoon). I give the online for this game a 10/10. Probably the first time I've done that for a Nintendo game.

My son absolutely loved this game! Me and my husband also both enjoy playing with him.

Love the Mario kart series. Unfortunately, I’ve caused a lot of kids to cry because I refuse to throw games for anyone. Sorry kids, get wrecked.

I also had Mario Kart 8 on Wii U but when I heard it was coming to the Switch complete with DLC I knew I had to swipe it. What can I say? It looks fantastic, controls are tight, overall a very fun game to play locally or online. Unfortunately, Nintendo falls short where it comes to online social services. You can't chat with your friends over voice and forming groups larger than 2 people is challenging unless you want to play in a private match, which is not always as fun. I don't know why Nintendo is so behind the times when it comes to their processes. Regardless, the game is really fun and worth purchasing even if you already owned it on the Wii U.

Got this because I was being whooped up on by my friends. So I bought it and practiced for hours on my own. Now I'm still being whooped up on by my friends but with no excuse.

This is one of the best games to ever come out. Can play more than one player at a time and will keep your attention for hours. Add the wheel for real life driving.

Bought this game to go with the switch that was got for my kids at Christmas. The game is awesome takes me back to the n64 days. The kids and I spend hours playing it.

I got this as a game to play with my wife and daughter-they both loved it. Tons of fun for multiplayer, especially for those who don’t play many games. Highly recommended.
