Great fun family game with some competition and brings back the Mario kart feel from when I was a kid

Love this game, love this edition, love the Switch. Do I miss the friends I've lost to over-competitive evenings of races and balloon battle? Absolutely. Will that stop me from inviting people over to play? Heck no!

This is the latest installment of Mario Cart. You can use the cross-hairs or joystick to steer the car which i really like. they have made it easier so you don't fall off the edge making it easier to play the game.

The game looks and plays great on the switch in handheld mode. It would be hard to recommend otherwise to people who have MK8 and all of the DLC, except the "ranked" online battle modes are a fantastic addition making it worth the purchase.

Nothing is more fun than blasting your kid, who is in the lead, with a red turtle shell right at the finish line! If you enjoy watching your kids cry, this is the game for you!!

This is the best MARIO Kart game to date. It takes the excellent Mario Kart 8 foundation and adds new characters, true battle modes, and all the DLC from MK8. It makes it the best Mario Kart to date and a must own for Switch owners.

Good game. My little brothers love to come over and try to beat me. They seem to think they can, even though I started my gaming career with Nintendo.

If you liked playing on the bigger consoles then you’ll enjoy it on the switch. Loved racing my kids on the original systems now I can race my grandkids.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe edition is the same game ported from the Wii U, but so much more. The game feels like it was made for switch, being able to use the joycons to battle friends with all the famous characters almost anywhere!

Mario kart, classic multiplayer game. Good levels with 50 cc good for beginners and younger kids. 200 gets a little crazy and challenges the older kids.

If you want a game to enjoy with friends or family this is the game to get or even solo player super relaxing and just cool playing with all the Nintendo characters.

I love Mario Kart, it's fun to play alone, it's fun to play with friends. Has a lot of characters and a lot of customizable cars. I think Mario Kart 8 Deluxe it's a safe investment. Super recommended, a basic game for your nintendo switch.

Great game. They smoothed out the small issues with the Wii U version and we truly have a masterpiece on hand. Includes all the DLC from the Wii U version. Best Mario Kart to Date.

Mario Kart games are always fun to play. They do seem a little similar, but the new tracks and game modes make it worthy of a buy!

This game is amazing. Having a lot of fun just playing alone. I can’t imagine how great it would be for multiplayer. Highly recommend. Only issue is, I will they have more content for single player.
