This is the ultimate family game! It's so fun to play against the CPU or against each other. Whether you play casually or competitively, it always brings lots of laughs to anyone playing or watching.

Probably one of the best Mario Kart games you can get. There's a lot of courses, the gameplay is smooth, it's a beginner friendly entry with the auto-steering and auto-acceleration, and it's generally a whole lot of family friendly fun.

Had to buy it one we played it at this past Father’s Day get together. Recommend it. Lots of fun.

I was a little reluctant to purchase his game since I had the Wii U version with all the DLC, but this game does not disappoint! The graphics look great and the new multiplayer modes and characters are awesome! Definitely a Switch must!

Love the Mario Kart series. One of the best couch co-op games ever made. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe continues the tradition of super fun multiplayer racing. Everyone I've played this with has at least enjoyed it, if not loved it. Having played several of the previous Mario Kart entries, I think this is contains some of the best elements of the previous, such as the ability to hold two items from Mario Kart Double Dash (GameCube). Two of the biggest new additions are the helps provided. Auto-accelerate and a guided steering. These are of the best help to younger kids who'd like to play and really anyone who isn't confident they can race. They are on by default, but you have the option of disabling them on a player-by-player preference. Overall, it is a must buy for the Switch!

My son and I love this game. There are many tracks to choose from and will keep us entertained for quite a while. The game is easy enough for a 4 year old to understand and play.

My 7 year old loves this game. He loves how their are new characters in this new game. We like that it is portable and can take it everywhere.Even my gaighter likes it and she said not to buy it. Overall i am glad we bought it.

Great game for the family, everyone loves playing. Lots of options to keep mixing up the game play and having fun. Great for young and old, even a 5yr old can get it figured out.

This game definitely is worth the price if you want to play offline co-op with friends. The game is fun, and easy to get into. The play value of the game is further extended with single-player trials, and online multiplayer.

Nintendo does not stop surprising us by creating wonderful games that offer hours and hours of fun, this is one of those cases; 8 simultaneous players, many tracks and selectable characters. a whole work of art.

Was late to Mario Kart 8 but got it to play with friends and it was a good time.

Mario Kart is back with more characters and features than the Wii U version. Well worth the upgrade and a must have for multiplayer switch fans. This is a lot of fun for group play and game nights

I've never played the original Mario Kart 8, and I haven't really sat down and play a Mario Kart game since Double Dash on the GameCube; however, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a fantastic entry in the series, and is already my favorite. The graphics are superb, the gameplay is easy to pick up yet difficult to master, the tracks are all perfect length and have great soundtracks, and the character and vehicle selection is so robust that it can keep you playing for hours. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has a lot of great things to offer, and the split-screen multiplayer has been a great time with everyone I've played it with. Plus, the Switch automatically comes with two controllers which makes multiplayer more accessible than any other Mario Kart game thus far. If you're a Nintendo Switch owner, this product is a must-buy.

This game just like its previous iterations is so simple a 4 year old could play it, but provides endless fun to all ages. Especially if played in larger groups. If you are considering getting a switch this game is a must have.

Purchased this game for my son as a reward for good behavior, and we both love playing it! The graphics are awesome, and the controllers for the Nintendo Switch make it easy to play even for a mom who doesn't usually play video games!

My 5 and 4 year old are having a great time. We also have the racing wheels. I think this makes it much easier for the kiddos to play. They race against each other and also play coop. It's a great addition if you are a Mario Kart fan.
