Playing this game brought back so many childhood memories. Game play is easy, many different game modes, awesome tracks.

super fun game! has lots of tracks similar to the older versions of mario cart.

I have the old version from an old system and this really has great graphics and other tracks to race.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the definitive version on the game, and the best game in the series. I don't know how Nintendo does it, but each successive Mario Kart title seems to be better than the last. The steering, difficulty curve, and excitement level all seem to be perfect! When I get a group of friends together, this is the game that everyone wants to play; it's the best party game on the Switch. I would recommend Mario Kart to anyone that's interested in some fun, light-hearted, racing!

After staying away from Nintendo home consoles for decades I am glad to be back. This Mario Kart may be the best one ever created. With many options for driving modes (you can turn on/off driving assist, auto acceleration, and tilt controls) it makes it amazing for new comers and hardcore racing fans. Also, they have made it possible to avoid the BLUE SHELLS with the super horn. The addition of a super fun battle mode has rounded out this entry as one of the best if not THE best Mario Kart available today.

Despite my rating, I'm actually not a huge fan of this game. I mainly play games alone, so the chaos of Mario Kart just gets frustrating for me after a while. However, Mario Kart is still a classic party game, so it gets credit for that. More importantly, the new control options make this game so accessible that I can play with my 3-year-old, and even (kind of) my 1-year-old. That means Mario Kart 8 may be the only game out there that allows my entire family to truly play together. And THAT is pretty amazing.

Keep it simple, I had not played Mario Kart since the first one came out and I felt like nothing changed other than the amazing graphics and upgraded player experience. Timeless game that I get play on a great decide.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the best game in the series, with an enormous amount of content, and portability through the Switch which is just amazing. I can only nitpick, and of course it has to do with Nintendo's online system... there still really isn't one, and it's just bare bones. No leaderboards, friend codes (UGH) and only versus and battle options. But I've been playing those for days, it would just be nice to have a ranked option with leaderboards. Other than that, this is one of the best games of all time.

Great game! Very fun playing solo or with the family!

More fun and expansive than I thought it would be. A plethora of tracks to choose from and master. I bought it for my nephew and got a chance to play it a little bit. Once I got a hang of the controls they were intuitive and did not distract. I may pick up for myself.

My whole family loves this game. Has all of our favorite characters and new maps that have lots of twist and turns.

Mario Kart is back! Takes me back to when I used to play on the N64. Amazing graphics and fun to play. Can't wait for Mario World.
