nintendo took what was already the best mario kart by far and then, via the switch's portability, made it about three times even better by letting you stomp kids online at any time, anywhere. switch owners need this. non switch owners need this too just to show some respect to the king.

Fun game, especially with 4 players. My wife bought a Nintendo Switch and since I have the old Wii U, I figured I would buy this game to play on the switch. There is new maps that I have never seen before on this game

We bought the switch and the game from best buy and I'm sure my son will love it. We played it on another friends console and had a blast. Buying the controller and the game was seamless and easy even during Christmas. Thanks BB!

Great game, bought it for my kids and they love it keeps entertained, I will recommend it if you have kids they love it there's also a controller that acts as a steering wheel you can used it to play the game

The changes and improvements to multiplayer are great! If your goal is to get first on any grand prix beyond 50cc, then prepare to have to re-do races over and over again for the trophy. The AI will bombard you with attacks right before the finish in the 4th race of the series most of the time.

Not sure if it’s because I haven’t played Mario Kart in a long time for a home console, but it feels very different to drive/drift. It doesn’t take that long to learn if you’ve played it your whole life. I love how many places there are, can’t wait to unlock more things.

Original game for gift or for you, very fun recommended

So much fun even at my age, I'm 57, brought it for my 10yr old son, normally I don't play to many video games because I don't even have a clue about what to do and alsoI find most games kind of scary with those scary monster like creatures. But Mario Kart is such fun I love playing, who doesn't.

Great game plays at a solid 60 fps 99% of the time and tons of tracks to play in just the base game and you can buy additional tracks if those old ones bore you.

Regardless of age, we all love this game. Best multiplayer game out there in my opinion. No swearing or violence, just a riot of fun and so many different courses for difficulty and variety. You can't go wrong on MarioKart!

Mario Kart 8 is a fun 4 player game we can play together as a family. Our kids are obsessed with this game! The graphics are amazing...and if I'm being honest, my husband and I like playing it when the kids aren't even around. Definitely recommend adding it to your collection!

Game is just a classic. Have so many different characters to choose from and can customize your kart. I love how you can play with friends online. A good amount of game modes to choose from. I wouldn't change anything about this game.

I got the game for my nieces. purchased a game for my beloved niece and it has quickly become her favorite pastime. loves it.

Oh I missed playing Mario kart n64. This is a must buy game if you own a Nintendo. With a sale price of $39.99 can’t go wrong.

I tried to tell my kid I played the OG one on N64 back when he was just a twinkle in my eyes and not to try me, but he did. I now get to hold the fact that his dad actually beat him in a video game over his head, lol. Best. Purchase. Ever.
