Not that the MK8 is a bad experience by any mean. The Switch version just ousts the Wii U version in every way. Crisper graphics, new modes and other various differences make for a great time! You will not regret buying Mario Kart 8 deluxe.

Always been a fan of mario kart and 8 doesn't disappoint. Plenty of tracks to choose from and a wide variety of options to choosing your driver and car. Good replay value and fun to play online versus friends.

I never thought I would sit and play this game for hours until I found the online play to be so competitive. The handling in this (drifting) is perfect and the controls are easy. Anyone can pick this game up and play and have fun.

Got this for the kids. Having fun all night when we do family fun nughts!!

Absolutely love Mario Kart! We’ve been playing it since it’s come in, the online player mode is pretty easy to navigate which was a pleasant surprise!

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is extremely addictive. I never played the original on Wii U, but have been playing the port constantly. A definite must have for the Nintendo Switch if you enjoy local/online multiplayer and/or Mario Kart in general.

I've heard about this game before but I really never decided to give it a try. I finally got and i have to say it's worth it. It's fun to play

Great game, I understand it’s an older game at this point but being able to play with friends and family as well as the online features is key to this simple but electrifying game

I always loved the Mario Kart series. Some versions much better than others. I'd put this version in the top 3 due to it's depth. There are so many tracks, it never really gets boring. A true riot to play with buddies. Great for all ages.

I own this game on the Wii U - but had to pick it up on switch. It is just that good. It looks phenomenal when you are playing undocked - and runs incredibly well undocked via split-screen. Great game - well worth the purchase.

My grandson has been bugging me to get him this Mario Kart Deluxe game. I finally found it at best buy and packaged it with a Nintendo Switch and charger. He is going to love it when he opens his Christmas Gifts this year. Ho...Ho...Ho...

Super awesome game that provides hours of fun for the family. From my 4 year old and up...we all love this game. It's easy to play and has amazing graphics. Definitely highly recommend.

This is the same game that was released on the Wii U but features all the DLC from the start. If you've played Mario Kart before you pretty much know what to expect. Plays wonderfully on the Switch, features online and local multiplayer.
