Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has an incredible selection of tracks and characters, and the return of a real battle mode which was disappointing in the original release. If Nintendo continues to support this release with additional content it can only get better. The one thing I would say is still missing is the Block Fort battle arena. This release also offers some welcome accessibility options including Smart Steering, so less familiar players won't have to worry about falling off the track, and auto acceleration, so players don't have to hold down the gas constantly, which I've found incredibly useful.

This was a gift for my daughter and she loves it. Plays with it everyday. She even exercises with it as well.

We’re absolutely loving it! My nephew has recently become interested in Mario games so he’s been working on his skills to beat me.

The inclusion of the smart driver makes it easy for kids or first timers to pick up and play. It is really easy to turn off and a great game to play.

It's a lot like the Mario Kart for the Wii U but more fun. There's more game options in the battle section. I found it's easier to control as well in this version.

This is probably the best game for the switch. It very fun to play with everyone and never gets boring.

this is a must have if you own or are planning on owning a switch. great to play for parties, on your tv, on the go, or even while laying down on your bed.

Best Mario Kart game in the series but its a shame Nintendo never puts out a sale.

This is a fun game and very entertaining for the entire family. I have kids whose age range from teen down to preschool age and they all love playing this game.

Mario kart is a classic and is always one of the first games I will buy for any Nintendo console. This was actually a gift for someone and it is lots of fun.

For Mario Kart fans, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe might look like more of the same with small Double Dash-inspired tweaks. But thanks to a series of updates both big and almost unseen, it's the version of Mario Kart to get. If you don't own a Wii U or skipped out on Mario Kart 8 the first time around--or even if you've played it before--Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is worth your time. It plays beautifully on Switch in both handheld and docked mode, and its core racing is as exciting as ever. And, most notably, it completely revamps the original's lackluster Battle Mode, rounding out an already great racing game

Fun game. Perfect for game nights with the family.

Mario Kart is one of the best games around. Having it on Switch means that it can go anywhere with me & I can even race my friends at work.
