It's definitely got a lot of polish. However, racing kinda sucks sometimes. It's almost too easy to go from last to first. Getting hit by an item stops you completely and you lose all momentum. I mostly play the battle mode which is a good time. Also, now that they reintroduced holding two items you should be able switch which ones you want to use at a given moment (like in Double Dash).

I love mario kart. I used to play this on the DS. Brings back a lot of good memories.

This is honestly just another Mario Kart game that is family friendly and enjoyable. Many custom vehicles and modifications to choose from.

I bought this game for my 13 and 15 year old. I must tell you they love it and have tons of fun playing with it. I must say it was well worth it.

I’ve been playing this game for years on other consoles. This version is so fun! You can race on ALL the old tracks as well as new ones .

Son and I play. We have so much fun together. The game has a lot of new things to it. One of our favorite it the Vs. mode were we have to catch each other.

This is similar to the other Nintendo games. Easy to use, You can expand your cars easily with upgrades as you race. I would recommend this game to anyone.

This game is a load of fun if you are a fan the series as I am. My interest goes all the way back to the SNES game and this delivers on that old school fun. It comes with almost everything unlocked already, which is a bit of a bummer but it doesn't diminish the gameplay and still leaves you with plenty to do. Great alone and for parties, it's worth dropping the dough for hours of fun.

Great game. This contains all the DLC which was made available for the Wii U version of the game and is now playable with your friends anywhere on the switch!

MK8D is the best in the series. Great game to play with friends and family. Things get very competitive. Easy to pick up and learn on the fly.
