I've played every mario cart and this one takes the cake and eats it too. Has amazing remastered courses and a numerous amounts of vehicle customizations as well as fan favorite characters.

Perfect game for all ages! It is easy to learn but the challenge is always there to get better and improve your skills. You never get bored playing this game. The many choices between characters and tracks means you can play this game for hours and never see the same thing twice!

I've been playing the Mario franchise since Super Mario for Nintendo and I love Mario Kart 8. It's fun to play by yourself or with family and friends. Definitely recommend playing!

A good blend of difficulty levels with a huge selection of playable characters AND kart parts, 8 continues the Mario Kart legacy very well. It can be rough to find the right fits for how you play, but when you do, it's a thrill to try and get 100% gold stars on grand prixs. Battle modes and more allow for excellent co-op. Very pretty and very fun.

Just joy playing this game. It's a everybody game whether you're alone playing to unlock new carts or beating your own time. Or, my personal favorite, playing with your kids, trying to see if my supermario kart skills from the 90's can hold up against their younger reflexes.

We purchased a Nintendo switch for my son‘s seventh birthday and we got Mario kart eight as one of the games. The quality of picture on the switch as well as when we played it on the TV was phenomenal! We purchased the steering wheels to insert the little side Controllers and from seven years old to 37 years old we had a blast! Easy to set up and easy to play.

The latest and greatest in Nintendo Racing games. A staple for most fans of the franchise. Enjoy the variety of racers, karts, maps, and the ease at which one can pick up and play, while also able to gain mastery by continuing to play. The online functionality is also nice.

Purchased for daughter for christmast by request from her, she loves it and loves being able to hook it up to the larger tv and play it there

Having played various versions of Mario Kart since its inception, this was a 'must purchase' on the new platform. Our 8 year old is now addicted and it has become a 4-player family game on a regular basis. The replay-ability is high as there are ways to 'level up' both equipment and competition and will surely result in hundreds of hours for completionists.

What can I say, Mario Kart 8 is a classic. This title brings back the memorable 4 player fun to the living room. Everything is unlocked in this Nintendo Switch version, so you can jump into all the offerings right from the start! Local one player, multiplayer, and online multiplayer are available! Many game mode options and mirrored tracks are available, so you'll be playing this for years to come!

Nice upgrade from Mario kart 7 a lot more characters to chose from and tracks are cool
