This may the the 3rd time Ive bought this game. Different accounts for different switches. With Its funal update, it is now complete.

If you don't have this game get it today! I got home and everyone attacked me to try and play. Within the first hour my wife and 3 daughters became hardcore gamers lol. Everyone was laughing and yelling and wanting to stay up all night racing each other. I am so glad Nintendo still knows how to bring the family together. Yoshi 4 the win lol

Before buying this game, I had played Mario Kart 8 on Wii U that my friend had, and I really liked it. This time Nintendo added some extra features, and fortunately I was able to get a Nintendo switch, so there was no reason not to buy this game! Online play is more stable than on Wii U! I really enjoy racing with people all over the world.

Fun game like racing with the family and playing online live against others its real fun game love mario kart.and game is decent packaging came out nice no problems.

It’s Mario kart everyone. Most of the maps are remastered tracks from older versions of the game which is pretty cool. Not of fan of DLC content for games so having to pay extra for more tracks is a downside to me.

It's me a Mario. It's Mario Kart you can't go wrong with playing a classic made with new roads and new characters. It make me feel like i'm playing smash with all the new characters added but i'm racing in Kart

Not much to be said about this game. It's a great version of Mariokart. Some cool enhancements to the wii u version. I bought this to keep it sealed and display in the collection. I have the digital version and it's the family's go to game to spend time.

Bought with a $50 gift card and still cost me $10 more. Wouldn't have paid full price for a game launched on the Wii-U otherwise.

Hi def graphics, and just fun on the switch. Well worth it.

Mario Kart 8 deluxe is an update of the wii u game. So what do you get new? Battle mode that is alot of fun New characters Double item slots Increase to 1080p An assist mode for small children So before I start grab the mario and luigi steering wheels for the Switch if you have kids. This is the best way to play if you have one joycon and is really fun to boot. Remember the joy cons are split up for two player use. They are the best wheels for this and motion controls work like magic. My kids won't play without them, and it's easy enough a 3 yo can be competitive. And he is. As for the game itself. It's simply the best Mario Kart ever. Better than double dash or 64. Some of the courses feel much lower quality than others, but with some classic courses in here it can hit you with nostalgia. Well you are bound to have a good time. Splatoon characters fit surprisingly well, and battle mode is s no brainer. But let's not play down this is a full scale Mario Kart that can go to grandmas, and can be played while you drive there. If you have a Switch, the choice is simple. Buy it.

An all time classic that continues to get better! Great courses, great racing controls and great fun. I won't knock a star off but FYI only, the game comes 95% unlocked. One of my favorite features used to be unlocking tracks and racers but Nintendo took a new approach "geared" toward multi-player racing right out of the box.

Got it for xmas for my kids so yet to have tried it out. But if its anything like previous titles, we will lo e it all the same.

So fun! Extra levels with subscription. Never going easy on my son. He has to earn his wins.

Can I give it 6 stars??? It's absolutely amazing...I have played this almost non-stop during my free time ever since getting it for Christmas. It brings back memories of playing the older Mario Kart games back in the day. Me and my girlfriend play every chance we get. It's so addicting and by far my favorite game for the Switch.

I have always been a big Mario Kart fan, however this game exceeded my expectations. The graphics are incredible and it has that stereotypical Mario charm that we come to expect from Nintendo products. It is easy enough for beginners, but can be difficult enough for seasoned vets. It's even better when played with friends.

After adding another controller, this game has been hours of fun for everyone in my home. It creates nostalgia by letting you play with the people next to you and quickly become a staple of family game night. A ton of highly detailed levels, characters and vehicles along with a simple control scheme made this game a must have

This was the first game we bought for our Switch. Having come from the Wii, these are all new levels to us and love the new mechanisms. I really like the hover/anti-grav mechanism with all the course twisting and spinnning. Over all another classic MARIO kart that meets expectations and is an easy go to for the whole family.
