New tracks with old favorites, great character lineup, return to the more traditional items, and great grapics. Would like to see more characters though like Fox (Starfox) and maybe Samus and Ganon and Zelda. I mean they threw in Link, so why not Zelda too? Otherwise typical, classic MarioKart fun.

Fun Racing Game!

It is fun and competitive with many levels, characters, and mini-games. Played it for many hours and never get bored!

Great addition to the Switch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mario Kart 8 first came out on the Wii U. I played it a lot. Quite enjoyed it. Some of the best track design the series as seen. This version includes all of the DLC plus new characters. So that alone makes it a bargain if you never played it before. Also it has the return of a true battle mode with 5 different battle modes and 8 arenas. If you had it on the Wii U the battle mode plus the flexibility of the Switch make this a must buy yet again.
