My kids really enjoy playing this game, especially when their friends or cousins come over. Bought this game for my daughter's birthday and she couldn't be happier.

Great game. Wish it was a little more like the older veesions. There's not map while racing. And you can't hold more than one weapon.

The is the best mario kart yet. Excellent whimsical tracks with lot of variety. The blue shell power up is a little unfair. There is no defending against it.

It is a great game, with excellent gameplay, and graphics, as well as a lot of replayability, and freat online, though no chat support mid-race is a bummer.

Challenging and fun. Mario Kart 8 for the Wii U lets you race a huge variety of courses. The Game Pad console can make game play even more interesting.

The game is overall very fun. The rubber banded AI in single player can get very irritating when trying to unlock new carts. The trailer makes all the new antigravity, underwater racing seem much cooler, when it is pretty much the same as your standard cart, except with a propeller. It's still a ton of fun with a bunch of people playing.
