If you don't own a Wii U then this game is more than enough to purchase the system and the game. Mario Kart 8 packs a ton of game content and will keep you occupied for hours. The online gameplay is phenomenal!! There will also be DLC's released in November of 2014 & May of 2015 which will introduce more characters and 16 additional courses to "kart" on.

Although there is no story line like lego city games. I like the game that it is challenge
