Great enhancements

Would have enjoyed some additional courses but even the old ones are given a "tune-up" so you can still enjoy them.

Best game for Wii U

Smash is fun, but I think the skill level difference makes it harder for new players to play against experienced vets. I know that still happens in Mario Kart, but it seems like that gap is less a factor, which makes it fun for everyone at any skill level to play.

Possibly the best Mario Kart yet.

The only thing I don't like is that there are a lot of "baby" characters -- they could have put cooler ones instead -- but I guess it's a minor gripe. The graphics look great on both the "gamepad" and TV, and it's interesting to see the highlight clips after a race.

A stand up Mario Kart game

If your young or young at heart, this game does what new and old fans come to think of it. It's a blast. And with updates and more tracks, characters, and karts to get, it'll only get better.
