Super fun game

We have always be fans of the Mario Kart games and this one is a real treat because you have elements of the old games along with the new versions of the tracks and characters. You get the option of customizing your cart and can unlock many new characters and cart combinations. Hours and hours of fun for the whole family

Great entry to the series

The new items make the blue shell less powerful and help balance racing. Including the Bowser kids as playable racers gives a nice variety, though there are too many baby versions of characters. My only real complaint is the horrible battle mode. It is no longer fun and was much better in the Wii version.

The Wii U's best.

Great selection of tracks, an almost perfect roster of characters (a few favorites are missing like Diddy Kong), wonderful dlc that is reasonably priced, and the smoothest online play around. If there was ever a "must buy" game for the Wii U, this is it.
