Bought this as a Christmas present for our son. Honestly, I already know he is going to love it and we can't wait to give this to him. It's awesome every time he sees the commercials for Mario Kart Live his face lights up, he is going to enjoy it tons!

absolutely love this its so cool. i actually bought 2 so my friends can play at the same time and we can race each other. only thing is i have to go to my parents as my apartment has a rug and you can not use this on a rug. thats the down side

It took a while to get used to this and after few hours/days, it became much more fun. However it doesn't do well on thicker carpet (thus the one star off.) I mean it still moves, just more like it's in some mud, which could be a cool thing if you could add in some AR to have a mud section. It is pretty fun and if you don't have uber thick carpet, it would be funner.

Fun and easy. Works well With the switch and fun for whole family.

Very fun augmented reality Kart Racing Game in a fun package. Must have a Switch console per a racer. Split play is not available when using these remote control cars. Very fun, recommended! Mario is not as popular as the Luigi one!

Bought this for my son. He loves to build tracks around the house and watch it on screen. I would like the pieces to be sturdier as they are only cardboard. Also i have 2 small dogs that shed which means i have to clean up anytime my son wants to use this since the hair gets stuck on the wheels and can damage the kart.

My daughter who is 8 years old loved this thing! It's pretty cool. You set up your own track and control the little car with your gaming console remote. The car has a camera on it and so see are the course from the cars perspective.

Some times the range is very short and that can be frustrating

This isn't a typical Mario Kart game. This is more like a meld between the Labo kits and a first party Nintendo game, which isn't a bad thing! Half the fun is setting up the course and tweaking it. After that, you can race your own ghost, or the ghost of someone else. The cart is shockingly fast when looking at the screen, and it's pretty unusual to see how slow the actual scale speed is. We have downloaded some additional graphics from official and unofficial sources to spruce up our course making. One small issue is losing connectivity because of the direct link between the kart and the Switch. We have learned the placement limitations in our space, and it really hasn't restricted how creative we can be with our course setups.

I was skeptical about how much use my 9 year old would actually get out of this, but glad I was wrong. This really is quite cool. Although I recommend you have a fair amount of space to map out the course in your house.

Really thought this would be a novelty gift but ended up being surprisingly fun for everyone. The ability to make your own tracks had us experimenting with ramps, various loops and of course antagonizing our pets some.

So much fun. My son and I love this game. It’s definitely like no other game i’ve ever played. Super inventive. I was skeptical about how well it would work but it plays just like any other Mariokart game

This is so awesome to set up in your house and race a few games on the big screen while seeing the dust bunnies under your couch and the cat take out your car from out-of nowhere as you watch it all in glorious HD!

We have a limited area that we can use this and it is still a blast, make sure you have plenty of solid floor to use this on. I'm designing a cardboard track to go over the carpet to expand how big the course can be.

Awesome Nintendo switch accessory. This does not come with a physical game, but instead you download the app from the Nintendo store. Once you set it up, it’s a lot of fun!!! Highly recommend it if you can find one!!

This is an amazing product. It very fun especially with family and friends. It is such high demand though. This works amazing. It has a couple of hiccups here and there with track placement but its not that big of an issue. The only reason I rated it a 4 star is I wish the camera quality was a tiny bit better and it was able to work outside. The sun will kind of blind the camera and you will not be able to see anything on the screen. Otherwise, an amazing product. Highly recommend if you can afford it.

Really fun with the kids, Clear a space in your home. Make a track to fit your needs and get racing. Super easy to set up and store away when not in use. We’ve had a ton of fun with this set. Highly recommended.

Haven't opened it yet because this was purchased for my son for Christmas but it was the #1 thing on his list so we will see next month how he like it. I'm just glad I was able to get it first day it came out.

Lots of fun, even for those that think they wouldnt like it... even the dog had fun dodging the "car". The video display is impressive. This is sturdy. And good battery life

These karts are great. Super fun and super innovative. I love that they have both Mario and Luigi, so that my kids can play together, and I can play with them. I'd be down to buy even more.
