I couldn’t connect the Mario kart to my Nintendo Switch because apparently there’s an issue with the software that Nintendo has not fixed. They should not be selling it until they fix this problem. The only way to pair the Kart is by turning off your WiFi, but you have to do that all the time you’d like to play.

Bought both of them, neither will connect to any of the three switches in this house. Not sure how Nintendo can get away with selling a straight up busted product

These things are a good idea but not at all worth the money or time. You lose connection about half the time and the actual cars are extremely slow.

Terrible gimmick made with cheap parts. Fun for about 5 minutes and then awful after. Don't buy.

Not very cool. My kids found it hard to put together and it didn't live up to the hype. Speed your money on another game.

Bought this and the Luigi one the night it released. My fiancé and I have been playing it for 3 days straight and it’s an absolute blast. It was SUPER easy to link the karts to our switches, set the tracks up, paint the tracks in the game and the controls for the kart are perfect. We’ve made countless different tracks in many different areas in the house. We have longer carpet and regular hardwood floors and area rugs in our house. The karts perform best on the hardwood but they only slow down a bit on the longer carpet and rarely we’ll get stuck but usually we keep the races on 100cc or 150cc and it seems to give the karts more than enough power to not get stuck on the carpet. The only areas that it gets consistently stuck on is one of our tall area rugs but our shorter ones works just fine. The karts tend to last around 4 hours when we play on 100cc and the faster we bump it up to the shorter the battery lasts but overall the battery hasn’t been an issue for us. The karts connect directly to the switch without needing wifi (which is great for us since our wifi is a bit choppy) but the flip side of that is when you get a little too far away from the kart or if you have something obstructing your view (such as an island cabinet or wall) the video gets choppy but we found a good spot to sit where we’re able to play around the house without losing signal. Overall if it’s in the budget, I’d highly recommend picking this game up, it’s an absolute blast to play especially with someone else. Playing solo is fun too but playing with one or two friends is definitely where it’s at.

This item was a hit with my 9 year old grandson. It worked perfectly and kept him entertained for quite a while. He was very happy with it and so was I. If this is something your child is into then I highly recommend it.

This is fun for everyone in the family, with 3 different Nintendo Switch we can easily race against each other. We are desperately waiting for the prince's version to come out for my daughter. having 2 Marios and 1 Luigi is ok since we added custom stickers to one so we know who is who. I wonder if they will also release Yoshi, Bowser & company

Awesome product and game!! Must get for those Mario Kart fans. Love that you can build your own obstacle course and race with friends. The Mario and Luigi cart are really well made and the fact that they have cameras are awesome.

Awesome game for my 6, 8 and 12 year old. Cars go fast on the game screen but slower in person so it’s not as easy to run into things. You can make the course any way.

So fun. I bought to entertain my dogs indoors during the rainy season. They love watching the kart and follow it around

Super fun! Kids really enjoyed it. They have had it for over a year snd still in excellent condition.

It should have been plastic instead of cardboard for the price you oay

My twins really loved this item. Go kart is so cute.
