Not the best, not the worst

The introduction of the gamepad was interesting, and has some great ideas, but the idea of Mario and co. vs. Bowser is not done as well as it could be.

Bowser mode is ok but can be unfair. At least they have a mini games only mode so that's the best part of the game. Pretty disappointed as these last few Mario party games have lost their touch.
