I played the first 3 Mario Party games but have not played any since. After 4 play throughs I am disappointed that they changed the format of the game. You now make one trip across the play board all in the same vehicle, there are mini games only when someone lands on the specific space for a game, and instead of buying a star with coins you now accumulate stars while playing (sometimes just by moving through a space on the board). Someone else said this but I think it accurately describes the game...if you have played prior Mario Party games you will be disappointed and I don't recommend it. If this is your first game or you are a kid, you will like it. Also, there is an Amiibo game mode. Although I have Amiibo, you can only place it with specific ones. I thought that was lame.

We love to sit down as a family and play this multiplayer game. It's awesome. So much fun

My favorite title for the Wii-U, Mario Party 10 is endless fun for me and my friends.

My son loves this game. He traded in a few of his old games and got it for a great price.

Not a huge fan of all the characters driving together in the same car like Mario Party 9. Only had it since Christmas and my son, 7, is already bored. Wish they would have put more thought into it. Mini games are fun.

I bought this for my kids to play as a family. I have been playing Mario Party for a long time and while this one was fun, it did not live up to the fun the previous incarnations provided. The mini-games now happen less frequently, instead of after every round of rolling.

Overall it is a good game but it really doesn't offer much more than the other Mario Party games offer other than the ability to play as Bowser in Bowser Party mode and the addition of using amiibos. The play style didn't change much from 9, just added new maps and mini-games.
