Good family game

My 4 year old wanted this game really bad and wanted to spend his own birthday money to get it. Now everytime my kids see the WiiU they play it. We play this game as a family at least once a week and have a blast doing so.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The game is fun to play, and having not played a Mario Party since the Gamecube era, my friends and I have enjoyed the casual gaming draw of this iteration. The game does have very limited options as there are only 5 game boards to play on and the selection of mini games appear to be fewer than they have been in the past. I also find that the overall gameplay has been overly simplified, thus likely catering to a much younger crowd while somewhat alienating the older age groups for whom it may become too mindless and dull. I've only played the game for about 3-4 hours total as of now and have enjoyed it, but I can already sense that I will be bored of the game with a few more repetitions.
