Not great but does the job

A lot of downtime between minigames, too much luck involved, and the games / stars don't matter one bit until the end. And the bowser chase thing is horrible - literally the most boring thing I've played in a while.

Accessory ruined

Buy it and find out I can't play using half the features without a nun chuck. That isn't cool. Appeal to gamers and don't make us spend more when we're already throwing $50, Nintendo. I literally traded in my Wii U that day for an Xbox One. Zero regrets.

Why can't you use wiiu controllers?

Fortunately we have the wii system also but I'm sure many people have been frustrated to find out the controllers for the wii u do not work with this game.
