Great fun for the whole family. Took a bit to get use to but the same basic functions as previous games.

the fact that you can play this game without need of the joysticks already makes it better than the previous mario party game, only thing I wish they do along the way is at more maps and characters.

The game is nostalgic and fun-- don't get me wrong. I played Mario Party 6 and 7 before and they usually required a decent amount of skill, having the best players win 80-90% of the time. But in this game, you can land on random spaces to get a full on star out of nowhere. You don't have to be 4th place with Bowser giving you a pity star; it's just random. There's way more RNG to it, and less fun than the OG 6 and 7.

If there’s one thing Mario party succeeds in is turning your friends into enemies. Great with a group of under the influence adults or as a kids game.

This game is awesome because it remasters and modernizes the best maps and minigames of some of the oldest games in this series and reminds everyone of how timeless they were but with better graphics we get the best experience of them.

Haven’t played much Mario Party since the the GameCube. Got this for my girlfriend and her daughter and we’re having a blast with it!

I bought this game for my grandson age 10 and he loves it. It pleases me to see how much joy he gets out of playing this game.

Very fun game for the family. Has a lot of mini games from the first Mario party. I bought specifically to relive my childhood game.

It's basically a neat little compilation of previous Mario Party titles packaged into an entertaining experience. While the heavily reduced character roster may be a tad bit disappointing to others it doesn't nullify what the game delivers as there's various mini games that keeps you and your friends on your toes and it's good to use the Switch Pro Controller for this game instead of using a singular Joy-Con for Super Mario Party something of which they easily could've implemented/programmed for that game.

Gave it to my daughter for Christmas With a switch for Christmas. She’s a 23 year old college student looking for an outlet. She loves the game because it reminds her of the old DS and Nintendo 64.

Excellent game. Play non stop for hours with the family

The last switch Mario party was not fun at all. Thankfully this one brings back all the fun I remember from the N64 and GC!

So many great mini game! My friends are not a fan of games but they absolutely love this game over than the board game
