A very different kind of Mario game or Rabbids game for that matter. Ubisoft took both properties and mad a unique, charming strategy game worth checking out.

If you like X-com in any way, you will definitely enjoy this. The Rabbids are great imo and add a really funny element that doesn't get old. Actually I'm hoping they add some stuff from this game to the next X-com, like how your teammates help each other more with moves. The game can be punishing but doable. Only $15, can't go wrong.

My kids are obsessed with this game. My son goes and puts on his giant Mario hat and cranks out some gaming hours. I can't imagine many kids not wanting this by mixing 2 big fan favorite names together of Mario and rabbits. It goes on sale a lot and we got it very cheap so it's price to value of play time is extremely good.

A different look for the Mario gaming world. Love the game & the crossover with Rabbits was a great idea. It’s a fun strategy game. Something different to play.

Honestly, I'm surprised. I never thought I'd play a Rabbid game, much less actually enjoy it. But this was a fantastic game. The composer, Grant Kirkhope, is famous for doing the music for the Banjo-Kazooie games, Donkey Kong 64, and many others. His music really sets the tone for the game. The level design is also very creative and detailed. And honestly, the game is much more challenging than you would expect. It starts off very easy but ramps up pretty quickly, especially by the time you hit world 3. Small children may struggle with it, but there is a local co-op mode that they can enjoy with the help of an older sibling, a parent, etc. The story mode isn't terribly long, but each level offers incentive to go back and complete extra challenges to earn collectibles and "Power orbs" you use for powering up your characters. If you're looking to complete this game to 100%, then it will probably take you a fair amount of time. It also supports amiibo- but only Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi figures. They unlock weapons for their respective characters. The weapons they give you are only useful for the first and maybe second level, so if you have them already they're great, but if you've progressed past level 2 in game, then don't bother buying the amiibo for the unlockables. Overall, a fantastic title. A funny, imaginative, and whimsical game that offers a surprising and fun challenge.

I bought this game as part of a bundle over the 2017 Christmas Season. This ended up being one of the favorite games after Mario Odessey and Mario Cart 8.

I heard a lot of good things about Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle and finally picked it up. On the surface the bringing together of these two franchises and throwing them into a tactical strategy game sounds weird, but it works great. This is a very well made game that is creative, funny, and challenging. The characters all have different abilities and pairing them up correctly for each scenario is the key to victory. Of all the characters Rabbid Luigi is a regular on my team due to his vampire healing ability, whereas Peach is just terrible and hardly gets used (maybe I just don't know how to use her properly). The game has 4 huge worlds to explore, each containing about 10 battle stages. After you beat a world you unlock challenge stages for that world. There are also co-op stages separate from the main game, and even a few ultimate challenge levels hidden away. This game has so much content - I think I've played this game more than any other Switch game I own, and I haven't even gotten the Donkey Kong DLC yet. This game really took me by surprise in a good way. I highly recommend it, even at full price.

This kingdom is bizarre yet fascinating. Simple enough to understand and navigate. Challenging enough for the teens. Nice to see something fresh with the Mario team even if they are crazy Rabbids!

When my son asked me to get this game I thought it would be a little difficult. However he loved it & got a hang of it very quickly. Excellent game overall

This is one of the best games for your kids, its a great story with beautiful graphics. even for an adult its fun. play with your kid spend hours of fun.

The game was a little janky at first, but as it progressed, it kept opening up and adding more and more to the point that it is an outstandingly fun and very challenging game. It also managed to make me move from hating the rabbids to tolerating them... to even liking them. Seriously, this game is great. It's hilarious, gorgeous, challenging, and fun. Here's hoping it gets a sequel!

Got this game for my 5 year old son for Christmas and he loves it. A littler harder for him than the other ones, but he is learning it and enjoying it.

I bought this for my husband, who has been playing it nonstop since we purchased it. This is perfect for anyone who enjoys strategy or puzzle-type games.

I really like turn based strategy games and this is an excellent one. It’s simple enough for kids and scales to be difficult enough for adults to enjoy.

We got the game as a reward for the kids finishing their school testing and it has been a blast. Being new to the XCOM style game that this is has been a fun learning experience for all of us. The game does a good job of guiding you through the strategy ideas and is both challenging enough to be enjoyable for me and easy enough that my kids haven't gotten board with it. Looking forward to the Donkey Kong DLC when it arrives later this summer.

Very ingenious idea for a game and a great cross between game worlds. Nice to see Nintendo lending out their franchise leader to inventive new games.
