Skeptical at first but overall a very clever game that made me laugh a few times from its humor. Highly recommended for those who like tactical games.

This Game is awesome.. My son and daughter really enjoy playing it. Lots of adventure it was a little challenging at the begining but gets kind of easy once you get the hang of it. Good entertainment for the whole family specially if connect it to the tv and do multiplayer.

This game is basically xcom with Mario and rabbids but a lot more forgiving then xcom. There is no permadeath like xcom so it's a lot less stressful.

If you like Xcom and Mario, you will like this game. It is weird, cute, challenging, and fun. They do give you a tutorial but they do not baby you.

I’m so glad I listened to Reddit. This is a game hat is frequently on sale and doesn’t seem very appealing. However it is top notch and always fun

Mario and Rabbids? Seems like a nonsensical combination, but let me tell you, this game is great -- and gets pretty darn difficult! I'm on World 4 and I've had to replay quite a few battles to ensure a perfect rating. There's also a lot of exploration between battles with some cool puzzles to solve. If you like puzzle and strategy games, definitely give this game a try!

This is a strategy game. It's fun and brightly colored with silly characters that kids will love but as the game progresses it gets a little tough. Its turnbased strategy where you build a squad of three to get through areas, however though the game starts out super easy it quickly becomes a seriously challenging game, this may entice some players or discourage.

After initial seeing the initial leaks for this game, I had some concerns. I am a huge fan of the Mario series and I had mostly negative feelings torwards the rabbids originally. However, after playing through the entire main game, I can safely say that Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle is a more than competent game. The storyline was entertaining with cute cut scenes thrown in there. The gameplay is a tactical turn based strategy like (think Fire Emblem or XCOM). It works very well and can be a solid challenge. In fact, this challenge might scare off some players at times, but I always had the urge to comeback. The multiplayer (while not extensive as the single player) is enjoyable. The graphics are appropriately colorful and cartoon-like. The music is well crafted, with a huge high light for me being the World 3 boss. The characters are likable even with little voice work. Post game challenges will keep anyone busy who thought the main game was too easy. A minor complaint is that occasionally there is slowdown and frame drops, but it's not too common and some of them have since been patched up. While this game does have little issues, for me personally it's a solid 4.5/5 and I am excited for the Donkey Kong DLC coming Spring 2018.

This game is kind of like a alternate type of game, very relatable to another game that switch has. Only difference is Mario is in this one.

Fun, simple and strategic game! This game is great for a starting switch game and requires some thinking while maintaining a good level of challenge and never getting overly difficult. The colorful areas and character (Mario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi and their rabbit counterparts) are all fun to play and this is a must have for any Nintendo fan! Makes a great gift for a great price!

My son and I love this game! I watched a few reviews for the game shortly after launch and they made it seem as if the game was ridiculously hard. But it is not. My 5 year old is probably 2/3 through the game in just over a week. It's fun, challenging though in the right ways and neither of us have ever felt frustrated playing it.

Ubisoft knocked it out of the park with their version of Mario and the Mushroom Kingdom! So charming and fun. I honestly couldn't put this game down, I didn't think I'd like it nearly as much as I did, and I have a few friends that feel the exact same way. If you're into Fire Emblem, Xcom or Valkyria Chronicles I'd say this is a must, dont sleep on this one!

I love the Worms type of feel this game has and the Rabbids are cute and funny, the Mario franschise aspect of the game makes it’s a winner

This game is a lot more complex than you would think just looking at the cover. It's basically xcom light, but is a very fun game overall.

This game was getting good reviews, and so I decided to pick it up as my first switch game. I've almost beaten it and I'm personally having a blast. I recommend it to those who enjoy the XCOM/Fire emblem type of game. It's not a long game and unfortunately you always have to have Mario in your party of 3 but the wacky story and game play is still enjoyable.

Caught my interest after seeing how similar the gameplay looked to one of my all-time favorite game series, XCOM, and boy does it not disappoint. I think the lower difficulty also helps with accessibility for those who think XCOM is too unforgiving. It's also very often on sale so don't be afraid to pick this up!

As with most Mario adventures once you get the hang of it, it makes it hard to put it down. Still figuring out 2 and multi player options.
