    This game is a new take on Mario with the angle of a strategy game. You control Mario and a band of three others that are trying to save the kingdom from an invasion of evil rabbids. You take your turns and the enemy takes their turns and then you move into overworld exploration mode. It is a cool new way to play in the Mario universe but it is a very simplified version of a strategy game. Recommended.
