The story behind this game is hilarious. Real fun to play and a welcomed change form the average side scrolling that we all are familiar with from the Mario series games. Highly recommended!!!

The game seems like it could be fun, but I would not recommend buying this for younger kids. My 5 year old and 7 year old can't figure the game out so therefore it never gets played.

If you like RPG and strategy games, this game is the game for you!

Ubisoft did a pretty good job transitioning the Xcom type of gameplay to the Mario universe. It has a good amount of challenge for older players, but might be confusing for younger ones that aren't used to strategic games.

Great game for myself and my daughter(5). She will need some more time to learn the controls but we have been having a blast. On sale for $15 when I purchased, well worth it.
