This game is way better than it has any right to be. The rabbids are often seen as being very annoying but this game manages to make them fun and loveable. It's great watching Mario and friends try to figure out these strange new creatures. The gameplay itself consists of exploring an overworld with some simple puzzle solving and hidden secrets to find as well as battles. The battles take place in confined battlefields where both teams take turns trying to defeat each other. The game starts off pretty simple but as you gain more party members the depth of the combat begins to reveal itself. The battles are cartoony and totally kid friendly. This is a great game to buy for your switch once you've gotten Mario and zelda.

Great game for the switch. Was really worried that the rabbids would be too much but i was wrong. Best strategy game on the switch so far and im really loving it.

This game FAR exceeded my expectations!! I only bought it because it was on a big sale and once I started playing, I know I would GLADLY pay full price for this game. If you’re anxious to try this, I’d say don’t wait. If you want to wait for a sale because you’re unsure, I get that too but this game is very fun if you’re into turn based strategy and mario and has replay-ability. If you’re a conpletionist, you have to go back through some parts later, as you don’t have all abilities to get to all areas of each lvl the first time. It’s so much fun, highly recommend

Finally, a way for squabbling siblings to kill each other - that doesn’t further chew away at moms sanity. It’s fun to watch and they have a blast playing it. It’s a great way to introduce kids to games that are designed to invest time into unlocking things and developing battle strategies vs mindless button mashing and gamer rage. Great value for the price too, going to be checking out the donkey Kong version too

Have really enjoyed playing this game the last week

Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle is not perfect, but most its problems can be ignored because they are relegated to portions of the game you can skip or speed through. The core experience of the game, the battles, are inventive and fun. Though it is still a strategy game, and therefore a niche experience that appeals to a specific type of player, its carefree tone, bright colors, and fast pace make it feel inviting. There’s plenty of nuance to find in Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, so long as you’re willing indulge its playful side.

Bought for my 8 year old son. He doesn't think its as fun as other Mario games but he still enjoys it and says its easy enough to play.

Great game and the new addition with including Rabbits is awesome. My 10 yr old enjoys it! Funny just like the show.

A very surprisingly good game, For the low price of $10, there's not much more you could ask for. If youre into turn based strategy games, heck even if you arent or haven't given the genre a try, this is worth checking out, worse case youll add something well worth having to your collection for a rainy day or your backlog as such in my case.

Finally bought a switch for my daughter and needed to load her up on some games that she can easily get into. Not only was this game cheap (thanks mario day) but its fun and easy to get into. My daughters is 7 she easily picked up on this game. Lots of time passes without even noticing it. The game play is simple enough for even younger kids who just button mash. Game is worth having in a switch or mario game collection. Definitely recommended game when on sale.

Cool game play. Reinvented from other Mario games.

I’m new to the Nintendo world, and eased my way into Mario party, Mario Odyssey and now rabbids. It took me awhile to understand it was a turn based/puzzle game, but once I got into it I was hooked. Loved earning coins to buy all the upgrades to crush each level, which you can play multiple times to get even more coins. A ton of play time, and the ultimate challenges must have taken me 40 hours to complete. Highly recommend.

My kid loves this game. I played a little bit and it’s pretty fun. Good entertainment.
