My son was begging me for a new game but I like don't want to spoil him so I waited till be brought home a good report card. Naturally he did and this game was on sale so I copped it. My son digs it and wouldn't put it down all weekend. I tried it and got hooked too. Mad strategic like yo. Any who, shouts to Nintendo for allowing me to share the magic of Mario with my son. Peace!

That's exactly what we have here! Control your characters in strategic setting similar to the Xcom or Shadowrun series. The graphics are great as always for a Mario game, but this may not appeal to every player. Try this if you like turn based strategy or just looking for something different in a Mario game.

...this is one of the best turn-based strategy games I've played in a long time. It does a fantastic job of giving you new tools and concepts slowly and letting you understand them before adding something else. It's also very colorful, as you would expect, with a great soundtrack. Highly recommended!

Really fun game, cool graphics and design, and feels like you are solving a puzzle. I really enjoy playing this game with my young siblings and I highly recommend this game for any age! And I couldn’t beat the Black Friday price for this switch game at Best Buy!

So I got this game to go along with the Nintendo Switch console I got my kids for Christmas and they love it! I love it too (I mean you cant get your kids something like that and not play with it too) It definitely has its challenges but its nothing too difficult and it keeps you occupied. Its really fun.

As my first introduction into turn-based strategy game play, I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly engaging this game is. The downloadable content I’m excited to get as an addition and I truly hope Nintendo decides to do a sequel. Purchased this game on sale and do not regret it at all .

Mario+Rabbids? Mushroom Kingdom+XCOM? Who in the world would ever put these together? No one I can think of, but I'm glad the developers at Ubisoft did, this game is a blast and a Mario splash of paint on the strategy genre is a great time and doesn't water down the genre at all. I'd suggest not sleeping on this one.

If you like turned based games like Final Fantasy Tatics, Disegea, the Mario & Luigi games, you'll enjoy this game too!

I was as skeptical as anyone when I heard the words “Mario” and “XCOM” uttered in the same sentence, but Kingdom Battle didn’t just prove me wrong – it ended up being my favorite Mario game in recent years. Nintendo and Ubisoft took a big risk working together outside of their comfort zones, and that risk paid off.

I bought this game on black friday during a sale and it is my FAVORITE switch game. It is so much fun as a single player or multiplayer! I got hooked playing it for almost an entire weekend! The graphics are great and there is alot of different challenges to keep you interested.

I'm generally not a fan of turn based play but Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle has a surprisingly engaging story. I enjoy the small secrets you have to find along the way. It is a game I definitely recommend when on sale. I got this for $19 on sale and think that should be the permanent price point for this game. Don't spend more than that for it.

Nintendo once again strikes gold by allowing Mario to branch out into other gaming genres outside of platforming. A title this ambitious with the jumping plumber since Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Ubisoft knocked this out of the park. The gameplay is just flat out fun and the world is beautiful.

I've tried a few tactical RPGs in the past but they can be overwhelming to begin with and I usually lose interest. I felt like this game really eased you into the tactics, making for a smoother transition for me at least. The story is pretty goofy but that was to be expected - the game play is what really makes it.

Mario + Rabids Kingdom Battle is a fun crossover Mario and Rabbids game with a turn based RPG style combat system. I have not played it very long but it seems like once I have had time to do so I can see the challenges of each battle getting more challenging as it goes. Not your typical Mario game but a new experience all the same.

I thought this game would be too childish, but to my surprise has easily given me 50+ hours of fun. If you like turn based strategy and a few marioesque puzzles. This is the game. I bought it for 25$ (on sale + Gamers club) and given what I know about it now, would easily spend more for it. Underrated game.
