I'm a Mario fan, but I'm not particularly a fan of turn-based strategy games. However, this game pulls off an enjoyable, balanced challenging time I didn't expect. I've cleared two worlds so far and like to revisit areas to search for more chests and challenges, which rewards the player for doing so. The art direction and character animations are topnotch as well. The Nintendo/Mario charm magically coexists with the rabbid shenanigans better than expected. Mario + Rabbids at the $40 sale price I paid was a perfect purchase for me.

Great family game! My 4.5yr old loves it so much! It is very addictive yet entertaining.

So I bought this game during "Deal of the Day" sale for my girlfriend hoping she would like it... I haven't been into Mario games for a while since im more of a shoot stuff and race cars kind of gamer, but im seriously addicted to this game! It's based on strategy which and not just running around grabbing coins.

Not your typical Mario game. My daughter was the one that asked for it and when she found out it had an RTS element to the gameplay she decided it wasn't for her so I played it a while and had fun but not really a game I would devote time to with some other games available right now. Definitely not a bad game but I would watch some videos or some reviews to make sure it is the type of game you are expecting when you buy it.

Mario + Rabbids is an interesting game hearkening back to some earlier Mario titles but bringing something new as well. There are visions of Mario platformers going all the way back to 64, and turn-based fighting much like the original Super Mario RPG returns, though both benefit greatly from updated technology and a more simplified, kid-friendly storyline.

My niece enjoyed it, It's was a good gith for her birthday.

My daughter is 7 and enjoys playing this game. Got for a great price. So completely worth it.

I delayed purchasing this item numerous times, but it ended up being one of my favorite games to play on the Switch. It is easy to open it up and play as little or as much as you want and is a good time filler if you're waiting on something. Looking forward to the next installment coming out this year.

The multiplayer is awesome for this game. The gameplay is very unique, but I dig it. Def a fun game

I completely ignored this game when it was announced and when it was previewed. Then, I started to come around on the idea of it as a digital board game, and I gave it a shot. I'm glad I did. The battles are really satisfying. It's both disappointing and gratifying when you realize you've missed some optimal move out sequence. Then, you learn from it and play smarter the next time. Lots of fun, very thoughtful and satisfying fun.

When this game came out both I and sibling who is of the new generation were able to bond through video games. You add a classic video game with a kid loved tv show and you get best of both worlds while showing the younger kids that you guys had awesome games as kids too. This game is simple but challenges you so it's not too easy to get through all the level.

To begin with this game maybe a hit or miss depending on who's playing it. This game is surprisingly fun and easy to get into, yes it is simpler version of other strategy games. If you have played xcom before then you will be pretty familiar with how this game runs, but in a much simpler pace. The game is not trying to become something that it's not, it's not as serious as xcom when it comes to mechanics, upgrades and stuff. It's still a fun game to get into, explore the world and its colors.
