We don't really play much of the other modes but it's a great way for my kid and to play. It's a fun way for him to use the swing mode and we can play with large ball format. I'm sure it's a fun general tennis game too but can't really speak to that yet.

Wow. All love love this game..the graphics are awesome..gameplay is super cool..great for all ages and so easy to play .so much fun playing with family.a must game to get.

I consider myself more of a casual player so I am perfectly happy just opening a quick match and playing a game with my son. The characters are fun and varied and the game is never boring

Great game to play with family. It is a bit confusing for the little ones in the beginning. But they catch up very quickly and they all have fun.

Very enjoyable to play with others. I really like the added strategy with the energy meter and special shots. Also has a story mode if for some reason you want a narrative behind your tennis playing.

Excellent game for parties, solo play is fun as well but gets boring pretty quick since there is only so much you can do. Not much more to say other than its a mario game and still super fun to play

I'm not a tennis guy, but this game is a blast! Especially when playing with friends. Loads of fun characters, easy to understand controls with plenty of advanced moves to keep players interested.

I have always loved playing tennis games on portable systems. From the first Tennis on the B/W game boy to Mario Tennis on the game boy advance. Great graphics, lots of play time.

You buy this game for the joy of playing tennis with your friends and participating in online matches. The single player is lacking mainly because you can only play the main story mode with Mario and there is no incentive to go back and play it again.

It's definitely a solid entry in the Mario Tennis franchise. The gameplay is great especially the slow motion mechanic which makes the matches more interesting. Great game, would highly recommend!

This game offers a lot of options for play. You can choose to be as active as you want by playing on the console or detaching the controllers and playing in a more active mode.

It's a fun family game. You can play single player, multi player, or online. Each player requires 2 Joy Cons. Everyone in our family loves it; from a 6 year old to the adults.

Truly am enjoying my experience with this game. Once you learn all the mechanics you can’t stop playing online. Like Mario Kart but with tennis! And adventure mode is really good. Ignore the haters.

I was so excited for Mario Tennis Aces. I loved the earlier iterations of this game. I was mostly interested in the single-player part of this game, as I don't do much multi-player gaming on any of my consoles. The Adventure mode has a LOT of room for improvement. It's almost as if it were an afterthought to this game. No "Retry" feature often times has me wanting to turn the game off. The mechanics of the game are great. Power shots are a fun addition. I just love the sounds of crushing a backhand across the court. However, I would not recommend this game at the current price. If you're looking for a fun single-player experience like myself, Nintendo missed the ball on this one.

Very fun and entertaining. Colorful graphics with enough of a challenge for veteran players. One of the best looking Nintendo Switch games to date along with great multiplayer.

i grew up playing Mario tennis on N64 and this is the closet thing to that, and with updated graphics! bought this game and then bought it again as a gift. great game to bring the family together

I am always looking for a good couch co-op and this does not disappoint! That is coming from someone that doesn't like tennis or any sports games at all. Highly recommend it!
