Easy to play, hard to master
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This latest installment in the always-excellent Mario Sports series is an easy game for anyone to pick up and play, but difficult to master. The story mode had me in fits during some of the more difficult parts, while online play can be hit-or-miss. Sometimes you will play someone who is a "newbie" and sometimes you'll square-off against a master. But you can get lost in it for hours, nonetheless. Another excellent Nintendo game with hours and hours of replay value.

I was disappointed that it wasn't like playing tennis on the original Wii... however, later found out that you can change the player interaction to "motion" like the original Wii... so, some pop-ups or something upon first interaction would have been nice... I almost returned it before finding that out.
