Mario Tennis has never been better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The core tennis gameplay has been improved, adding lots of strategy with zone shots, special shots, a special meter, and more- making this entry to the Mario Tennis series feel almost like a fighting game! At the moment the content is rather limited, with a short adventure mode and online tournaments. It's kind of annoying that when playing a friend online, the VS options are extremely limited. (You can only play tiebreaker matches, and can't even change the # of rounds. Hopefully they will fix this in the future.

Family gaming at its best

Controls are simple yet satisfying and matches can be intense. It's fun to try all of the different characters as they each have their own style of play and power shots. Graphics are great with bright colors and realistic textures. We haven't had the opportunity to try the story mode because every time you turn on the game everyone wants to play.
