There's not much that needs to be changed, but the 3DS and Wii U versions added some mechanics that I wasn't a big fan of. This is more of a return to form with the option to play without the extra power mechanics they added. The new stuff they did add is worth a shot though. There are fun stages and lots of characters. I just wish online was more active.
