Great visuals! Fun to play

Beautiful graphics, not just a simple tennis court game - the "courts" are exotic and bold in color. Great sound, fun, challenging but not intimidating. It harkens back to when I played Mario Bros. all those years ago!

It can be as simple or advanced based on the skill levels of the players. There’s also a surprising amount of variety in terms of the gameplay modes. While it has some flaws, there are plenty of elements that make it a fun game to add to the rotation.

A good bounce back for the series
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mario Tennis for the Wii U was disappointing and felt rushed, so I was cautiously optimistic when this was announced. This game is very fun and is well worth the pick up for fans of Mario sports titles. The visuals are great, it has a nice roster that continues to grow, and it controls nicely. The story/adventure mode is an extended tutorial that will keep you entertained while you learn some of the finer points of the game.

Great for arcade tennis players!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you are a fan of Mario Tennis (most similarly to Mario Power Tennis on GameCube) or even other tennis games such as Wii Sports, you will love this game. It has classic, polished tennis gameplay and adds a new layer of depth with new mechanics! You are able to play with or without the new mechanics, so you have the option to play whichever mode is to your liking. A great game to play with friends and guaranteed to be a blast!
