Excellent game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fairly fun with multiplayer, my only gripe being you can't set the amount of "sets" for a match.

Mario Tennis Aces --- LOVE LOVE LOVE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. From previous Mario Tennis titles from older consoles, it was a sure thing that I would get this for the Switch. The kids love it and so do I! Swing mode (using a joy-con as a "racket") makes game time active for the kids as well as adults. highly recommend for the console.

Super Tennis
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow! What fun this game is! Our kids who do not play tennis were hesitant to play this game. After a few minutes of playing, it was a fight to get to play the game. The story mode offers up much value. Nintendo put much creativity into this game with the controls and gameplay to make this a must purchase for anyone who likes tennis or Mario.

Competetive, for better or worse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Aces is a fun, yet competetive game, that really does shine when it comes to multiplayer. At it's base, it's tennis, and just like the actual sport, can become very heated due to its competetive nature and learning curve. While tying to remain casual and fun, some of the features added can, at times, feel counterintuitive for what the game strives to be, adding mechanics like special meters, moves, slow mo and meter enhanced shots, the game while trying to be casual at its core and yet openly competetive can be infuriating to newer players, or in cases where players are of different skill levels. A little skill goes a long way, for better or for worse, and in my experience, it becomes a game about momentum. Single player is extremely lacking and multiplayer is while fun much of the same, the recent addition of co-op missions is welcome, however, and the option to play by swinging a joycon, while novel, seems gimmicky, but that is just my opinion. In all, while the game can be enjoyable, I am hesitant to recommend it. If it's a game you can get into, then I'm sure you'll love it, but I'd recommend trying it first before you buy through a friend or store demo, or look to get it on sale.

Forty-Love This!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's exquisite, I got it on sale and it was great for the price just $35. I've always loved Mario and Tennis. The two combined is super cool especially with their updated tennis outfits and the graphics. Motion controls really get you up and moving. Perfect for any Mario fan with a Switch!
